Law of Gender (性別法則)

"The law of gender decrees that all seeds have a gestation or incubation period... Ideas are seeds and there is a gestation period... If you concentrate on your goal, you concentrate on doing everything you can, you are going to shorten the span of incubation because concentration gives more energy."

「性別法則規定所有的種子都有一個懷孕或孵化期… 想法也是種子並且有懷孕期… 如果你集中注意力於你的目標，集中在做所有你能做的事情上，你將縮短孵化的時段，因為集中力會給予更多的能量。」

• "decree" 是「裁定；判定」，為動詞。"gestation" 是「妊娠；懷孕」，為名詞。"incubation" 是「孵化」，為名詞。"span" 是「跨距」，為名詞。這裡的 "seed"「種子」有較廣的含意，還包括受精卵、想法等。想法就像種子一樣，經過一個懷孕或孵化期後就會實現。我們無法確定它何時會實現，但我們可以縮短它的時間，而 "專注" 就是縮短它的方法。今天的功課：想想你的目標是什麼、你想達成什麼，以及你今天可以為你的目標多做些什麼。

Law of Perpetual Transmutation (永續轉變定律)

"The law of transmutation of energy: Energy is forever moving into form through form and back into form... When you think, you build images in your mind. If you will hold those images, by law they must move into form, and they move into form within and through you." 

 「能量變換定律：能量永遠都經由形體轉入一種形體再轉回為形體… 當你思考時，你在腦海裡建構一個景像，而如果你持續持有這些景像，依照定律它們一定會轉為形體，而它們是透過你轉為形體。」

• "perpetual" 是「永恆的；永遠的」，為形容詞。"transmutation" 是「轉變；轉換」，為名詞。"form" 這裡是「形體；形態」的意思。以下兩個例子說明了能量的永續變換定律：泥土裡長出樹，樹的葉子落入泥土，又變回泥土；天上的雲凝結後降雨，若你拿杯子接雨水，過一段時間後它又會蒸發回雲裡。你的每一個想法，它都將轉變為形體。今天的功課：想一下你所想的事情，那些想法將會轉換為你人生中的條件、環境與結果。

Energy Just Is (能量儘是如此)

"Energy is everything that happens in your life, it just is... Everything that takes place in your life today, it just is, it's neither good or bad, it just makes what it is."

「能量是一切在你生活裡所發生的事情，它儘是如此…今天你生活中所有發生的事情，它儘是如此，它沒有好或壞，它儘是造成它現在的樣子。」

• "it just is" 是「它儘是如此」。最後一句 "it just makes what it is." 是「它儘儘造成它的樣子」。而 "it" 指的是 "能量"。能量造就了所有事物，而且它 "就是如此"，沒有好與壞。在接下來的幾天，我們將探討宇宙的 7 個定律，而今天首先探討一個最基本的概念，這個想法是：生活裡所有發生的事情都是能量，而且它沒有好或壞，它儘是它現有的樣子，好或壞是由你決定。今天的功課：想想你今天要做的事，及在你周遭發生的事物，告訴自己它只是個狀況，並沒有好或壞。

A Little More (多一點)

"The secret to wealth is to have multiple sources of income... In this program, we are consciously and deliberately inundating our mind with creative concepts and we are blocking out all the negatives that are around us."

• "multiple" 是「數個」，為形容詞。"consciously" 是「有意識地；自覺地」，為副詞。"deliberately" 是「刻意地」，為副詞。"inundate" 是「淹沒；使充滿」，為動詞。"block" 是「擋住；阻隔」，為動詞 (也可當名詞)。

Responsibility (負責)

"Responsibility is the key to freedom… People are always blaming circumstances for the results they are getting in life… We are definitely responsible for every result we get."

「負責是通往自由的關鍵… 人們總是把他們在生活裡得到的結果歸罪於環境… 我們肯定要對我們得到的每一個結果負責。」

• "responsibility" 是「責任；負責」，為名詞。"blame" 是「責怪；怪罪」，為動詞。"responsible for..." 是「為…負責」。當你怪罪別人或環境時，你就是把責任 (也就是控制權) 交給了別人，你即失去了改變的能力及自由，唯有承擔責任你才能獲得自由。成功的人不怪罪環境，他們尋找他們想要的環境，如果找不到，他們則製造該環境。拿破崙就曾說過: "Circumstances, I make them." (環境，我創造它們。)
