- "responsibility" 是「責任；負責」，為名詞。"blame" 是「責怪；怪罪」，為動詞。"responsible for..." 是「為…負責」。當你怪罪別人或環境時，你就是把責任 (也就是控制權) 交給了別人，你即失去了改變的能力及自由，唯有承擔責任你才能獲得自由。成功的人不怪罪環境，他們尋找他們想要的環境，如果找不到，他們則製造該環境。拿破崙就曾說過: "Circumstances, I make them." (環境，我創造它們。)
