- "rhythm" 是「韻律；節奏」，為名詞。"decree" 是「規定；裁定」，為動詞 (也可當名詞)。biorhythm" 是「生物節奏 / 韻律」。"free will" 是「自由意志；由己的決定」，也是英文常用字。"take precedence over..." 是「優先於…；比…重要」。韻律法則是宇宙的另一個法則，而我們人類也有生物週期，且在智能上、情感上、及體力上都有潮起潮落。但「自由意志」可以使我們在低潮時振作精神、讓自己積極起來。今天的功課：決定你將盡力做好今天的每一件事情，看一下你的時程表並思考你將如何更加投入於你的任務。
